Bring your history
Years of good sales shouldn't vanish when you try a new marketplace. At launch you'll upload the CSVs Reverb already lets you download, and your track record comes with you. The importer is planned and not live yet.

Reverb import · Step 1 of 4
1
On Reverb: go to your Orders page, pick the Start Date and End Date, choose Export → Orders, then Download Export.
Reverb says the file includes order ID, date, title, prices, shipping, tax, payout and fee columns (selling fee, Reverb payments fee, bump fee), plus buyer contact details. You can also export earnings.
2
Paste a one-time code we give you into your Reverb shop description. We confirm the shop is yours from its public page, then you remove the code.
3
Dropped before storage: buyer names, addresses and phone numbers. Kept: counts, totals, dates, titles and hashed order IDs.
Checked: totals against your public feedback count, dates against your shop age, fees against Reverb's published formula, and duplicate order IDs. Shown: “Imported from Reverb · Self-reported” stats, which you can hide.
4
Because your export includes the fees you paid, we show what the same sales would cost at FuzzSwap's planned rates. Example: 20 sales of $500 cost $828.80 in Reverb fees (no tax); at the 4% founding rate they'd cost $696.00, so you'd have kept $132.80 more.
Per Reverb's help center: go to your Orders page, choose a Start Date and End Date, select Export, then Orders, then Download Export. The CSV downloads to your device.
Counts, totals, dates, item titles and a one-way hash of each order ID, so duplicates can be caught. Buyer names, addresses and phone numbers are dropped before anything is stored, and the original file is deleted within 24 hours.
They're labeled 'Imported from Reverb · Self-reported', and you can hide them. Verifying your shop with a one-time code and completing sales here confirms them over time.
Verified Reverb sellers start at the Trusted tier: a 4% platform fee instead of 5%. Imported history alone is capped at Trusted; higher tiers are earned with sales on FuzzSwap.
Yes, as drafts. Nothing publishes until you review it, and mods mentioned in your descriptions are suggested for your Mod Sheet, never auto-published.
The first 100 sellers start at the Trusted tier: a 4% platform fee instead of 5%, plus card processing at cost. Sellers who verify their Reverb shop and import their history start at 4% too. Buyers can join early access to hear when we open.
